Please offer a delivery address where there is somone on hand Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

The contract you make with us is to to:

• Deliver your order safely to your given delivery address.
  • There is an assuption that you have given the delivery address, because there is someone on hand to sign and receive your order.
  • Any redirection will only be made on the understanding that this is an extra expence which must be borne by the customer and not the courier.

Damaged or Missing Goods

All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We are unable to uphold or pursue any claim against the courier unless this is complied with.
